Tasty Pea Stew
This is a very tasty pea stew. I always eat this stew hot with slice of whole wheat or rye bread and a big bowl of fresh salad.
This veggie is a great source of protein for vegans and also is high in fiber, magnesium, iron, zinc and plenty of vitamins. I prefer to eat this recipe in the days when I workout, so I can give my body some proteins. I also drink pea protein shake which I combine with coconut milk.
Since I was little, I have enjoyed eating peas in many different recipes. Many people that I know don’t want to eat this beautiful green veggie, so I always recommend this recipe to them so they can discover it’s delicious taste.
What I love about this recipe the most, apart from its simplicity in both ingredients and methods is that it’s easy to make and healthy to eat. The penny bun mushroom gives this stew a perfect smoky flavor. When I make stew, I always use one tablespoon gluten free or whole wheat flour, because it gives the stew perfect density.
For this stew I also use different dry spices to get more of a rich flavor.
